    Late Night Reloaders Thread!

I was thinking maybe a only post between 10pm-6am thread exclusively for reloaders? I find myself reloading between the hours of 10 and 12 (based on my current schedule). I'm awake and alert so I don't feel there is a safety concern.

I thought it would be fun to have a check in!

#1 Location (house, garage, basement, secret silo?)
    #2 Caliber reloading?
    #3 New recipe, or same'ol same'ol?
    #4 Other cool info?

    So here is mine:

    1. Garage
    2. 30-06
    3. Working up 15 rounds at a time in small grain increments to find new load
    4. Reloading is like my Methadone, I can't always shoot so I reload to quell my passion!

    1. Garage
    2. 9mm
    3. Just decapping, resizing, & trimming as needed.
    4. Finished up 100 cases, my daily minimum quota before heading in to catch Hannity & Greta.

      1) livingroom area. I live alone and have 2 benches and 5 presses in the living room.
      2) 300win mag/30-06/308(for my pistol)/ 257Roberts(new barrel)/ 25-06/257Weatherby
      3) new loads for testing using different powders.
      4) Load 5 rounds each powder at max load for shooting over chrono and for accuracy. Using about 10 powders. Also some different bullets for some loads. Already figured out loads for Africa hunting trip so now I will just go back over loads I have used used and see if there is a better one to change to or not.
A 30cal will reach out and touch them. A 50cal will kick their butt.

Damn... 2 benches and 5 presses in the living room. Major envy over here.

And did you say 308 for your pistol? AR pistol? T/C pistol? Lol I'm confused by that.

Man I really want to go to a cowboy action event. They have one locally at SLOSA range in San Luis, but I always go on vacation with the fam the same weekend.

I even rented a trailer to a nice guy who had an invite for me to come up and check it out with him. Bummer.

Nice load though, my dad recently got a 45 Colt (Ruger Vaquero) OMG is that thing fun to shoot!

Bedroom, my old dresser has my 550 and a Co-Ax mounted to it.
About to finish up some 30-06 for the CMP clinic coming up.
Same old load for the most part: 47.5gr surplus 4895, 150gr flat based spitzer in Virgin Lake City 69 brass. Lots of swadging, tumbling, chamfering and deburring.
It seems like Band of Brothers is always in the DVD player whenever I load for the M1...

I have 120 rounds to load for a match next weekend. Stuck doing homework, and occasionally screwing off on Calguns.

Maybe I'll just load a few before bed...

                    Do it!

                    I just finished 45 rounds of 30-06. 150 grain FMJBT, H4895, and 15 a piece of 46g, 46.5g, and 47g.

                    Tomorrow will be 47.5, 48, 48.5, and 49.

Thursday they all go down range to battle it out for the "most accurate"! Hopefully I do my part....

I reload when the kids are sleeping, only way my wife doesn't give me a mean look. So I'm with you reloading mostly at night.

I love reloading late at night, nice cool breeze and no distractions. My setup is in the garage. I've been loading 9 and 10 but will be doing 45 when I get back to Cali in December and 308 soon after. My 9 loads are boring target stuff, but my 10 loads are very hot and fun to experiment with.

Late at night is best for me. Wife and kids are asleep and the weather is usually nice. I load in the garage. I'm doing what seems like a billion rounds of 223.

                              #1 Location : Garage
                              #2 Caliber reloading? 9mm, 45ACP, .223, .38/.357
#3 New recipe, or same'ol same'ol? Trying out different recipe's on the .223 but fairly set on .45ACP and 9mm. Only recently got back into .38 and .357 but with tons of Unique powder, it's been fairly same-ole' until I run out. Then I will start experimenting again.

#4 Other cool info? I love working on the press but I call it quits at 11:30AM so I start usually around 8:30PM (does this kick me out of the club?) The garage is my haven. My Cobra is in the garage too and it never ceases to bring a smile to my face.
