I have some empty wooden ammunition boxes and was wondering what I could use them for. What other uses have others found for these types of crates?

tool boxes
My father-in-law used the large surplus ammo crates for his tools in the garage. had one for plumbing tools and one for electric saws. Looked cool and was easy to throw in the truck for jobs.Please, join the NRA.

The best use I can think of would be to donate them to HK CHEF.. Yeah that's a good idea. But yes if you have kids they are good for toys. Would also make for nice change collectors.Lib-e-ral (noun) a person who is so open minded that their brains have fallen out

If you had open ended ones (removable sides), they made great "field crappers", but these are not open ended...
Stack them up in front of the most logical (illegal) entry point for a burglar to fall over/stumble over when breaking in?
I mean decoration...
They'd make a GREAT hard surface base for using with a bullet puller.Comment
