    9mm FMJ Origin

I was hoping that some of you might know the origin of this 9mm FMJ ammunition. My father-in-law just gave me a case of this ammo that he purchased at Delta Lumber in Stockton probably in the 70's. The bullet jacket is not copper and it WILL stick to a magnet. It's packed in 25-round boxes with no markings whatsoever. He doesn't remember any details of the purchase and never fired any of the rounds.

    Thanks!

I was wondering about that because of the Star of David on the case. Thanks for your help.

I see a couple of them that match these images. Listed as Czechoslovakian.

Looks like a winner to me.

Great identification, Korny. Never considered that it would be Czech. I'd never shoot this through my CZ though.

                Interesting jacket,
Using the above info a google search turned up this:

                Apparently the jacket is "cupronickel"

Yes, the jacket is what caught my eye. Thanks for doing the research, everyone.
