That was quick, but it does happen.

What type of lube were you using?

Get a Lee Universal Decapping Die, it's like $10

And don't be shy with that lube

Too much lube causes dented shoulders not stuck cases.

RCBS sells a stuck case remover kit,

cut the old stuck case in half with a tubing cutter to get back the decaping rod and pin.

                  Well there is your problem

It does fine on pistol brass but has trouble with necked or long cases. If you like the spray type lubes try RCBS case slick.
I will share my opinion and my load data, BUT I am just a guy with too many cigars and too many guns. Whatever I say is probably wrong.

                    I agree.

I use One Shot on straight walled pistol cases, I only use Dillon spray lube on bottle neck rifle cases.

Never had an issue w/ One-Shot, once I read & followed the Directions!
Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

The lube pad is 50's tech or even older for that matter. Lots of people make pump sprays now. I stick with true blue.

Use the RCBS pump spray case slick spray lube. I have had very little troubles with it on 204Ruger up to 50bmg.
I had lots of trouble with the hornady stuff as did a friend. I also have the Dillon spray lube but have not used it yet.
I will not use the lube pad again. Just the RCBS pump spray lube(and maybe Dillon).
A 30cal will reach out and touch them. A 50cal will kick their butt.

Welcome to the club. I think it too me 3 years before I got one stuck. Been reloading for 15 years. If you don't get at least one stuck, you haven't been reloading!
