    .223 reload range report

Soo, went to the range today and shot a few of my reloads. Probably got off around 75 rounds. Second time out using Ramshot exterminator. Worked up my loads (from 23.3gr using Lyman 49th manual) to 23.6gr. My reload data:

10 shot groups (in green circle)

Bullet: 55gr Hornady FMJBT w/ cannelure
    Powder: Ramshot exterminator 23.6gr
    Primer: CCI #400 primers
    Brass: PMC .223 once fired
    OAL: 2.25
    trim-to: 1.74

I'm using 16" AR-15 1:7 twist. Nothing fancy really. So the blue arrow is from another grouping. I have one flier, the funny part is, which is the bullseye. The red arrows is what I'm concerned about. I know my barrel should be shooting heavier bullets, around 62-65gr. Are the marks, with the red arrows, caused by the light bullets disintegrating?
