    Interesting reload Clambering issue

    So I prep 50 .308 brass (25 Rem and 25 Federal).
After tumbling, depriming/resizing, and trimming I carefully insert the unloaded case into the chamber and all the Rem brass chamber fine, and none of the Federal brass will allow the bolt to lock?

Anybody have this issue with different brass?

Where these all last fired out of your gun?

Sounds like you need to use a full-length resizing die.

Here are the answers to your questions:
A Full length Hornady sizing die was used
No, they were not fired out of my gun, they are once fired brass, My Rife is a brand new unfired Rem 700SPS AAC-SD

After giving it another try I aw able to chamber the FC cases although it took a little more effortbt than the Rem brass.
As long as the bolt locks is there any reason I should not fire these? I imagine that once they are fire formed to my chamber the bolt should lock up easier.

It sounds like you need to set the shoulder back slightly.

I usually set mine back about .002-.003.

Set your resizing die down a little more so that the press ram cams over on the die. This should remove any play in the press linkage. You'll feel it as a slight 'bump'. Rezise and try your cases again and you should get a better fit.

Sometimes, brass fired in oversized chambers can cause problems but once fired in your rifle, they should be easier to reload.

You should need about a pound of force to close your bolt (with the firing pin and spring removed). Work your resizing die down in small steps until you get there. The Remington may have started smaller than the Federal, and so were much less affected by the resizing operation. Do you remember them being easier to resize? Or could it be that the federal cases are thicker and spring back a bit more?

+1 on setting sizing die down.
