RORG is the Royal Ordnance factory at Radway Green, with 92 being 1992 vintage and the circled cross meaning NATO spec from a NATO country.
I've never seen the other headstamp before.

Thanks. I knew the date and the NATO stamp but hadn't seen the RORG or the 89/14.

I have some O.J.F. (Osterreichische Jegdpatronenfabrik) Kremsach with different year(84). It has the same staked primer with purple sealant.
