Where can I get a lb. of TAC in Norcal?

I'd like to do some test loads with TAC before I stock up on it. Does anyone know of a place up north that carries it? Lets say anywhere from Yuba City to Redding.

The only place that I have been able to locate it in N Cal is at Sportsman warehouse in Rocklin.
