Anyone have experience with the Hornady LNL single stage?

I know the RCBS Rock Chucker is standard that all are measured against, but for a single stage, the quick-change bushings of the LNL look apealing...

...anyone have any experiences, one way or the other?

    Thx...

If you want to use the green press with the LNL bushings you can just buy the conversion kit:

I've never seen an American flag burned at a gun show.

I've got it on my big red press. The one that I use for 50s. I don't ever use the LNL feature and think it's just one more variable to add to the equation.

LNL is not a Hornady exclusive item.

I, personally, as well as many fellow shooters/reloaders, uses those LNL bushings with RCBS press!

Buy 1 of those sets(1-3) from midway, and then at least get a bunch more bushings.

Thank you for the link. I never knew such a kit existed.

The Rock Chucker is 1-1/4" threads? I thought the normal standard is 7/8"...

How repeatable is the LNL bushing system? If it works well, the quick change feature would definitely be nice...

          Thanks again.

The 1-1/4" threads are in the frame. You screw the RCBS 7/8" bushing out of the frame and screw in the Hornady.

I have the LNL AP, just got it a month ago. So far I have found it to be very repeatable. The bushings are rock solid, no play at all. I've only had the chance to load about 50 rounds of .30-06, but so far it is running really well.
