    6.8 SPC bullets for plinking

    Hi, all -

Can anyone suggest some good bullets for inexpensive shooting? They obviously don't have to be match grade or anything. I'd just like to be able to empty a few clips now and then, without sweating the cost of the bullets.

On a related note: should I avoid non-jacketed bullets? I've been told that cast lead is often a poor choice for semi-automatic rifles, as the lead residue can foul the gas ports.

    Thanks for any ideas...

SSA is coming out with a 'plinker' load in 6.8 SPC.

Are you looking for bullets that you can reload yourself or loaded cartridges?

          Remington 6.8SPC @ MidwayUSA
are out of stock but the
Sierra 110 Grain Spitzer @ MidwayUSA or a lighter higher velocity Sierra 90grain Hollow Point will also be a great buy, if you reload...
