yes, once its gone through your resizing die.

You should see what my Garand does to brass... I wouldn't hesitate to resize those.

Lube em and load em! If the mouth is crushed you can open with a metal punch to make it round enough to fit into the die.

I use the round edges of a closed needle nose pliers to round out the mouth if it doesn't fit into the die.
