Soooo I bought the bpi small bore manual and now I’m more confused . I’m looking to load .410 -3” with h110 , stretch wad and 5/8 oz of bismuth . Can’t quite find data on the stretch wad and pointers in the right direction would be helpful. Thanks

I'd also like to know! I am just tooling up for .410.Calguns.net, where everyone responding to your post is a Navy Force Delta Recon 6 Sniperator. -
There is a good chance that you are wanting to make a load that does not fill the case properly and that's why the BPI smallbore manual does not list your exact components.
I don't have the smallbore manual but are there other powder options with your specific hull, wad and shot charge?
Maybe the Bismuth manual has it?
Calling BPI will be your best solution.
They can tell you if your loads exist or not because they are problematic and if they do exist, they can tell you what manual they are in.
Hodgdon has 3" 410 5/8oz bismuth data for H110 in federal, remington and winchester hulls but none use that BPI wad.
Maybe get some wads to match the hodgdon data.
