I am not an FFL and want to get rid of some shot, wads and primers, but do not want to be charged with selling ammuniton without a license. Will I have a problem?

You should not have a problem. Loaded ammo is the issue, from my understanding. You can also Google it. -
You can sell all of it. Where you'll run into trouble is if the buyer wants you to ship the primers. BIG NO-NO!! Do that for local pickup only.Comment

Just outside of Irvine. About 20 pounds of shot, about one and a 3/4 back of Claybuster 7/8 wads, and a couple hundred primers. Not enought to make it worth shipping. The wads and shot are part of an item listed for sale on ebay (MEC 9000GN reloader). So far it hasn't sold. If it does, the shot and wads are gone.Comment
