    Primer cup?

    I have a part that was mixed in with some reloading equipment and I don't know what it does, it's called a primer cup here's a pic. http://www.natchezss.com/product.cfm...l&prodID=ME326

    I believe it's used in the priming assembly part of a MEC reloading press. It's used in reloading shotgun shells.

      I see, It was confusing me because it was in a box with a pistol/rifle press

        Having sold some reloading equipment in the recent past, and received a boatload of "stuff" from a former shooter, it's not surprising to find random bit and pieces among the ammunition and equipment. I found a toy army jeep and a few army men in with some .357 ammo. When I told the guy, he said he hadn't looked for them for years, he had no idea where they went. Stuff happens!
