    Preferred Powder for Webleys

So I have a few Webleys (both .38/200 and 455) and would use Unique in them. During Covid, I moved to the UK (ironic yes). So I sold my Unique and other powders before leaving. It looks like Alliant stopped making Unique..is there a good alternative?

As an aside I tried searching on the web and just got kinda sad. Came across a post by Fred.britishmilitariaforums and he said this:

I shot 455 Webley for almost 30 yrs, when we were allowed to in the UK. We were not given an option. The pistols had to be handed in, and were then checked through for items of interest to museums--they would have to be really, really rare as British museums are full to the brim with guns that are almost never put on display. The majority were simply melted down in the local foundry. If you had an established collection which was known and recognised--whatever that means--- it was possible to obtain a licence to collect, but no shooting or possession of ammo was allowed.
I handed some of mine in, others were disposed of through a dealer who had a Section 5 permit. Section 5 covers all prohibited weapons including machine guns.

Anyone have data on winchester 244?

Everyone on Calguns keeps talking about TDS. I never knew we had so many fish keepers!

The TDS on my 10gallon tanks 110ppm
The TDS on my 29 gallon tank is 150ppm (due to substrate)

Look at older options before jumping on some new powder just because its available.
Bullseye or Winchester 231 / Hodgdon HP-38 are both great options for these cartridges and there is data for them floating around the web for the 455 and the Lyman cast bullet manuals have 38 S&W data.

      As an example:
