    Ammo Brothers .40S&W Reloads

I was at ammo bros and they had 250 rounds of .40S&W Reloads for 67.99 and 100 round boxes of their reloads for 27.99 I bought a box of the 250 40S&W reloads for 67.99$ is that a good price? I opened the box and it's a mix of Federal and Winchester reloads. Did I do good for 67$??
I can't wait to try these out at the range in my new G22!

Don't shoot reloads in your Glock, especially 40 S&W. Unless Glock changed their Barrels, your Glock's barrel chamber is "unsupported". Not all Glocks blowup, but, you don't want to be that one that does blowup.

It's a Gen 4 Glock 22. It's different barrel and design to incorporate the dual recoil spring in the assembly.
AGGRESSOR, I used .45 reloads in s G21 with no issues..

I've used thousands of Ammo Bros .40 reloads in my Glock 23 with no issues. When it did almost blow up it was with somebody else's unknown reloads. I use their reloads in my G17 and G30 as well, no problems.

+1 Glock factory barrels don't fully support the case and thus may have a problem with reloads. They also have major case bulge for the same reason. I can tell when a .40 S&W brass has been fire from a glock because of this bulge. I pick them up and end up tossing them. I would refrain from shooting reloads through your glock unless you put an aftermarket barrel the fully supports the case in it.

Hi Deoxys987, I didn't see you have a "NEW G22". I have a 1st Gen. G23 and the case sticks out too far out of the chamber. In my case, I wouldn't fire reloads. Also, .40 S&W is a high pressure load compared to the .45 ACP or 9 MM. You'll find more bulged .40 S&W cases than the .45 ACP or 9MM.

Yep my G22 is a Gen 4 and brand new, thursday will be the first time I get to take it to the range, it should be fine and I didn't notice any bulges in the ammunition cases. All of the ammo looks like it's never fired brass because everythings shiny and looks nice
