Factory seconds SPP primers. NATO spec Hard cups

I've bought demilled powder for small pistol reloading. No problems. Bosnian SPP, all went boom. Now Fac. Second SPP with hard cups per NATO spec and made in USA.
I love a lower price to practice more but have yous guys reloaded with Fac. second SPP?

American Reloading is selling the "Factory Seconds". Currently, they carry rifle and pistol. Not a bad price if they work-$239 /5K shipped. None of the other forums seem to have anyone with range reports, unfortunately. They also have Ginex available. Those work fine for me.

I bought some of those last month. So far I have used them in 32ACP, 38sp, 257, 9mm, 327, 40 and 380. They seem fine, one issue on one 38sp light primer strike, it went off the second try, I believe it was due to my fault not seating it firmly enough. I've gone through 4 or 5 sleeve's so far.
