Change your personal forum settings to 40 posts per page and they will take up less than half a page.
What you are really complaining about is how spread-out the new Vbulletin layout is.
There is way more free space between all the threads in a subforum as well as between the subforums in the main forum list.

Thanks AR for an adult response to a childish screech. I did compare this forum to a few others and it far exceeds them in the sticky goo. It does dumb down the intended effect.
