Question about some conflicting .223 load data

I recently found my new digital scale was inacurate by about .7gr. I found this out after 1 reload session of about 150 rounds. It was throwing 24.3gr with my target being 25gr. I am using H4895 and there load data says 25-26gr. Pretty narrow window it seems. I found one other load data spec from http://books.google.com/books?id=bEn...2055gr&f=false being 22-26.1gr. Do you picture it being safe shooting these rounds I made being .7gr lower then Hodgdons minimum data? I am running a 55gr FMJBT with H4895 in my AR. I am still new and would hate to learn the hard way!

They should be fine. The only problem you might have would be if it's not enough gas to cycle your action, assuming you're shooting an AR-15.

With 26gr being a max load, you'd be fine dropping 10%, so 23.4gr would be a minimum load. That said, I don't think you'll have a problem.

How deep did you seat the bullets? COAL for that load should be 2.15 to 2.20 inches.

Yeah, it's an AR15. For whatever reason I have to seat these new bullets to 2.250" to crimp on the cannelure. My last bullets were 2.220".
