    is it true that, its not good keeping your PMAGS loaded and stored away?

      Mags wear out faster the more the spring is compressed then decompressed.

      If you leave a mag loaded for 5 years, I bet it will work 100% when you use it, especially if its a PMAG hehehe...

        You don't need to leave the cover thing on. There's a big long thread on m4c where they explained they included the cover when pmags were first produced because they weren't sure how the feed lips would hold out over time, and someone from magpul said they have a few mags that have been loaded for years without them that are still fine.
