    Decapping on the run?

For lame reasons I will not go into I need to be able to DEPRIME and prime on the run. What I really want is a handheld primer with the ability to deprime as well. Anybody ever seen anything like this? Only thing I have found is something like the Lee handloader kit...

I guess an option is this with a universal decapping die? Then have a seperate hand primer loader? Seems like a waste of money for what I want to accomplish.

I've got about 7-10 presses laying around here including Dillon, RCBS, Mec Hornaday and Lee. I just got a Lee hand press for decapping while watching TV and it works great for that. I've had the Lee auto primer for years and it works great when I want to prime 1-500 of something without running them through a progressive press. Both are good chooses to have and will continue to serve you well even after you've outgrown them.

Alright, cool. At least I wont feel like I am wasting money on a use that isnt all that important. I am doing this to reprime Speer plastic training bullets at my buddies homes. We are constantly have ICOSY matches (I Can Out Shoot You) in the garage and half my buddies dont have reloading stuff

the lee hand held primer works very good. i have one. Now as for decapping. if you want to only decap you can get the dye. or just do it the old way. Take about 10 1/2 washers and glue them together. Then get a 3 inch finishing nail.

Now place a shell on the washers put the nail in and give it a light tap. now put the next shell up and repeat. By the time your order from cabelas comes in you wont have any more shells to deprime.
