So, I finally decided to get into reloading...
For some reason the Lyman 310 series caught my eye and seems to be on track with my speed (slow) and price range (cheap).
I have also heard from a number of people that this was the set up that they first started with. I'm not looking to churn out 500 rounds an hour or do anything fancy here.
I think I'll start out reloading for 38/357 and maybe 45LC. Pretty basic and countless loads available for them. Also I will be shooting them in some pretty stout guns for some CYA factor. I will work my way up from there.
I will start out in handguns but I would like to eventually use the loads in lever action rifles. What kind (if any) of crimp dies come with this set up?
I found this guy here http://www.cnyauctions.com/the310shop.htm
Anybody ever done buisness with him? He seems to have some cool stuff and I might buy my set form him after the hollidays are over.
Looking mostly for pitfalls to avoid when buying this set up.
Any help is appreciated.
Mike
