Can I recrimp ?

I have brasses that are already been crimped . After resizing/trimming , i can still
see some crimp marks .

my question is , is it okay to crimp over ?

Yes it's ok.

A wild guess, I believe you are looking at cases that have been crimped with a factory crimp die, the factory crimp die gives the case the appearance of having been chewed up at the edge of the mouth, I have a few FCD dies, I do not use them.
