The Hornady 8th edition lists 6.4 grains W231 loaded to 1.225" COL should get you about 850 fps. 6.8 brains for 900 fps, max. published load of 7.2 grains for 950 fps.
Older revisions showed ranges of 5.9 grains (850 fps) to 7.2 grains(1000 fps)
