What's this ammo?

I found this stuff while digging through my stash. Anyone know what it is and if it's any good? Where can I get more if it is? I did a search for Norma and it seems they only sell rifle/hunting ammo. http://www.norma.cc/default.asp?Lang=2

Norma makes pistol ammunition also. The Sportsman's Guide had their 9mm ammo on sale until it sold out.

I have a crapload of their brass, it is among my favorite for reloading. I have only military cartridges loaded by Norma. Their products are usually of a higher quality with European components in the loaded stuff. I like Norma products.
