The cartridges that you can not easily reload would include the following:
Aluminum cased CCI Blazer
Steel Cased Wolf
Plastic cases PCA/Natec (if you have any, but I doubt it)
Any other berdan primed cases (two small flash holes in the case instead of one big flash hole)
The bullet is the part that leaves the barrel when you fire the cartridge.
Even if you could reclaim the bullets, they are going to be too messed up to re-use.

if its not brass trash it.
nickel is the only exception. However anything else. i just trash. as there are aluminum. there are steel then look in the case. If you see two small holes thats berdan primer. Trash it. you want a single hole boxer primer.sigpicComment

Federal 223 brass is not very good quality and doesn't hold up well to multiple reloadings.
I still collect once fired to use for an ammo stach that I don't care about saveing brass.BT 8541

There are (supposedly) laws on the books that limit you to how much powder and the number of primers that can be stored in one location (I think it's 20lbs of powder). It's not how much you can own, just proper storage regulations.
San Diego Co makes the seller log your ID and get your signature for powder sales..stupid..I guess they could stop by to check on your quantities if you buy enough to set a red flag.Comment
