    First Class Bullets and Brass

    Hello Fellows:

    I have purchased a number of items from the above website (www.firstclassbulletsandbrass.com) with always excellent service - until March 8, 2012.

    I ordered .380 brass, paid them with a debit card and thought all was well - which is what I got for thinking....

    Has anyone heard of them, dealt with them lately, problems? I have repeatedly called (always voice mail), sent both onsite emails, and personal emails - absolutely no response - zip.

    What concerns me is that the same item/items (.380 brass) is posted on gunbroker, so I am assuming it is in stock (the website says it is, too).

    Suggestions?

    I just went through the exact same experience with them, he just ignored all attempts at contact. I finally emailed him and said I was going to contact my cc company and begin a chargeback. He emailed me that night promising my product would ship on Thursday, Of course it did not, nor did it ship on Friday so I emailed him on Sat. that I was going to begin the chargeback if my product was not shipped on Monday and it did ship on Monday a full month after I placed the order.
    His product is excellent, his prices are great but his service and communication are the worst.

      Thank you , my Friend - I will try that. Oddly, I ordered bullets on March 7 and they arrived in 3 days - the March 8th order - lost in space I guess!

        Hey Bonzi - what do you know? I sent an email yesterday saying I was going to do a charge back today at my bank and I got an email !!!

        It is to go out today - "due to high demand and we are behind on our brass processing..." - so we'll see.

        However, an email 2 weeks ago would have been nice letting me know, yes?
