What should I do to these?

    Scrub and wipe?
    Scrub, wipe and break down?

    Are those .50 cal?
Break down, clean, reassemble, and sell as dummy rounds. If they are .50 cal.

I'd be concerned about the integrity of the powder. Explosives and humidity/moisture are not good together. Not to mention some of those appear to be seated at different lengths by looking at the cannelure.

Clean off the minor scale and shoot them. The thick scaled rounds, like the one with the white corrosion in the left side of the photo should be scrapped for the bullets.

You need to be sure the corrosion hasn't eaten through the brass. Those rounds would be unsafe to fire. I see a lot of rounds that can be cleaned up with some steel wool and safely shot.

I've seen some AP that has a light cannelure above where it was actually seated. Are those by chance "FN" head stamped AP?

Couldn't you just disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble those? I'd be tempted to weigh the powder and reuse.

I don't like the corrosion around the primers too much...

I think I agree, it would be best to pull the bullets, dump the powder and reprocess them after some tumbling.

I'm with ya right up to the last sentence. Weighing and reusing the powder could be VERY dangerous! Unless you are sure, and I mean absolutely certain, all of these rounds are from the same lot, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER break them down and try to reuse the powder.

My first choice would be to tumble them, break down the really bad ones for scrap and shoot the rest.

I'd wipe them down and any that need more than that get a serious inspection. Any damaged brass gets pulled apart and powder/primer tossed.

I can tell you from my own experience, Just wiping them down and inspecting for damage is fine. I've burned through most of my old M2 stuff, and some of it was fairly corroded.

You could just run them all through your tumbler to clean them up. It ought to shine them up pretty nice.

There have been questions raised about running loaded rounds through a tumbler. The most interesting thought was, does the powder break down to finer particles, and would that cause the powder to have a higher than normal initial burn rate?

I don't think it is worth the risk. I would break em down and just use the bullets. After tumbling the brass, if any of it looks ok, try it.
