Anyone know more about the RCBS dies special for the AR. I know RCBS dies are great, I already have a set in .223, worth it to get these if you do a lot of AR reloading? Thanks.

New AR RCBS dies?

I don't have a set myself. But every thread I've seen on the topic pretty much on any board came to the conclusion that there was no real reason to pursue those dies, and that the traditional RCBS or Lee .223 would work fine for most people.
In fact there were some posts indicating people had had some substantial problems with those dies.sigpic -
If you want a fancy RCBS die set check out the Match or the X-Dies. Both are excellent sets.
Match has a better profile and the seating die has a micrometer.
X-Dies utilize Green Magic to somehow full length size w/o growing your brass through its entire life. I hear it works, how it does escapes me....but their exists also in the human heart a depraved taste for equality, which impels the weak to attempt to lower the powerful to their own level, and reduces men to prefer equality in slavery to inequality with freedom.Comment
