I bought that kit awhile back before they changed the kit contents.

If you buy that kit, add:

1. trimmer
2. shellholder for the press, trimmer, and shellholder respectively
3. dies
4. calipers (digital or dial with .001 +/- accuracy)
5. vibratory cleaner + media
6. couple more reloading manuals

There are more tools I would *recommend*, but they are not necessary. You'll probably get them later on down the line anyway.

Looks like a good kit. My first press was a simple Lee. It has served me well.

Case tumbler (vibratory cleaner) is NOT necessary depending on the type of reloading you do, and if you care about super-shiny brass. I do not tumble, because it is the #1 source for lead exposure in most reloading setups, and is not even remotely necessary for reloading.

True. That's why I deprime before tumbling and I use laundry anti-static dryer sheets in the tumbler for each load.

I also have two tumblers. One has an open-style lid. I use that outside. The closed lid version is used in the garage.

I use a media separator that is clamshell design that closes up when you handcrank the 'tub' so no dust spreads.

If you reload as much ammo as I do, vibratory cleaning is necessary to clean brass. Yes, you should clean brass. Even if there's no 'grit', the carbon 'smoke' fouling on brass will build up in your dies with only a few rounds (especially when combined with the case lube).

single press is good for benchresting, precision/ tactical, hi-power, f-class type rifle shooting. if you want blasting ammo for pistols or ar15 type stuff go dillon 550.
