Swaging; primer pockets are still tight?

I have the RCBS swager, and the regular cases sit fairly loose on it. When I swage the military cases they are still tight even after swaging. I also can't seem to get rid of that 2nd ring around the primer pocket. If I test seating a primer and it works am I good to go?

I ream all my military case and sometimes the crimp is still visible. Has not been an issue. I would test a few and if the primer looks good and it is below the case height you should be ok. Just inspect the primers to make sure they do not look distorted.

The primer seating is the test not just the visual inspection.

Yes only ream them so the primers are able to be seated or you will end up with loose pockets.
