Is there a program or chart available on the net that I can enter data(powder type and charge and bullet weight) to find approximate fps and/or pressure of reloads?

Not sure about all of those, but can't you accomplish more or less the same thing just going to the powder manufacturers page and looking up their loading data? Hodgdon and Alliant have data at their sites that give some loads and the recipes they used. They list fps in many instances, and you can be danged sure they're under SAAMI maximums.
Due to the large number of variables, I doubt you will find anything closer than an approximation on the pressures, and maybe not even that.
Many pressures are still given in copper units of pressure (CUP) and that number might be comparable to PSI, but usually isn't. I've never even seen a copper unit, anyway. -
