    My thought would be no unless you have berdan primer removal and install equipment and berdan primers. I have heard they are available but have never used that kind only boxer.

        Yep, the answer is "Yes" if you have special equipment and Berdan primers. Since most reloaders in the states do not reload Berdan primed cases, the common answer would be "No".
