9mm reloading for AR

Need your suggestion between 124gr and 147gr 9mm reloading for AR. Thank you

Depends on use, I suppose. On the very very off chance that you will be using it with a suppressor(legally, of course), 147gr would be the way to go. Otherwise, use whatever you can get in bulk.

I use 124gr in mine though I've shot a fair amount of 115gr as well. Seems to like anything I put through it(weight-wise at least).

I have an AR in pistol with 7in barrel and rifle with 16in from ASA. I am using 124gr. right now, I haven't tried 147gr , is the heavier bullet better?
