Have the .308 Dillon dies and I followed the setup directions for the full length sizer and decapper. I ran my test case through and the neck just above the shoulder had a bulge in it.!? So after much fiddling and trials, I was able to get the bulge out. My concern is that for this to happen I have the die turned in so far that the shell holder nearly contacts the die. The die is backed out maybe a 1/16 turn verse the directed half turn, is this a problem or do I have the GTG? (Good to go.)

I just started to process some brass through my Dillon Dies and they are coming out of the sizer scratched. I cleaned the die before starting and the brass is also clean and lubed. There is residue of brass on the inside of the die as well. What should I do? Please help.WTB/WTT http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...d.php?t=524335

It's always interesting to see the same questions cycle through as someone starts reloading. Google can answer most questions. How long did you tumble your brass for?Comment
