Broken priming ear on Loadmaster carrier

I went to finish up a few .223 rounds and noticed the primer lever was sticky on my Lee Loadmaster. Sure enough, the ear that holds that lever was cracked. This happened to me a few years ago and Lee replaced it free of charge. Since then, I've tried to be real careful and mindful of that weakness.

I was able to fix it in about an hour and I think it will be stronger than ever. Check out the photos (embedding them for now, attaching them so they stay forever).

I snapped the ear completely off:

    Drilled a 3/16 hole for a screw.

Looks good. If you find you need to replace the carrier, Titan Reloading has them on sale for $19.75.
