If all three pins are number one, then that's perfect. Just for the sake of it, have you switched the pins around? The only time I crush brass is when I don't have the pin in station two and it flies out of place during the rotation.
Do you have the shell plate tighten down all the way till it binds then back it off a notch so it can rotate? Then is the set screw for the shell plate bolt tight?
Have you noticed anything in common with the brass? Also, have you call the guys down at Dillon. They're easy to talk too and it's free.Some guys like their powder like their women, hot, cheap, dirty, that would be TiteGroup. -CocoBoloComment

I feel like having a retard... I did exactly what you said above and my problem is solved!
My shellplate was working itself lose, tightened it down and checked everything else over and I was reloading my a madman with no crushed brass!
