I just called RCBS to inquire about buying a replacement hopper for my 28 yr old uniflow powder measure. The young lady on the phone said no problem, we'll send you a new hopper and lid, no charge! Thank you RCBS for keeping my old equipment working! Just had to share.

Just called them last week, when I broke a decapping pin. To say they were outstanding would be an understatement. RCBS has the best customer service.

Wow I just called about the same thing, they guy at RCBS is sending me a few of them, He also asked if it was still lodge in the chucker. Good thing I was able to get it out. A+ cs

RCBS is THE customer service company. In my day to day dealings only dell corporate support (not your consumer support) has ever come close to RCBS.

Got a 30 year old die? Goobered and rusty? Call them and they will clean and reprocess it for.. FREE. Now of course, I live right next to them but they basically offer me next day service to clean up old dies and replace anything that is broken or worn...
