Loaded up about 250 rounds of Garand 30 Cal. 150 and 155gr hollowpoints mixed with 48gr of IMR 4895. Forgot how relaxing and therapeutic reloading is.

What are the 155s? I have some of the 2156 SMKs that I was going to use for my Remington 700 but decided to switch to the 208 A-Max. I was planning on using them in my M1.

That's a good load, I've used the exact same thing many times.

I actually don't remember the brand on those slugs, but I can find out for you. My FIL gave them to me, and he probably bought 'em 10-20 years ago.

Yeah, there's 18 clips and 5 extras. The other hundred I loaded for my FIL with a different powder/bullet combo.
