Recommend a table top style press

I have a limited space reloading set up. I currently have a Lee hand press, a W stlye hand presss, (can't remember the brand,) and a C&H C stlye. For my needs I think a table top press like an C&H 'H', Hollywood or Lyman All American, would be just the ticket. How hard is it to find a single stage press like these?
I know the C&H is still in production, but it is a 4 station. Should I by one new or continue to look for a single stage?

Yes, although tempting 'This press is not intended for use with full length resizing dies.' those are the only dies I have.

what caliber are you loading for.
Various pistol, mostly 7.5 Swiss ord, .38 & 45colt. Starting rifle as well 7.5x55, .308, .233/5.56. The pistol rounds are a snap with the hand presses, the rifle rounds... not so much.

I am using a fold up work bench, and for the moment won't be able to upgrade to a full reloading work area. The 'C' style press works O.K., hangs over the edge, makes it hard to steady the work bench. I think an 'H' style or tabletop may be more friendly with that set up.

      I am open to suggestions

Any reason why you want to go old school on a reloading press? Parts may be hard to source with the exception of C&H press.

I load for 223, 308, and 7.5 Swiss. I use a Redding single stage press.

How big is your limited space for reloading?

Hav eyou seen this site for a reloading bench - http://www.hammerzone.com/archives/w...below20xl.html

You might think about getting a piece of aluminum plate to mount your press to and a pair of c-clamps to make the set up portable. Rifle rounds need quite a bit of leverage to bump the shoulders back. You should be able to pick up a small single stage fairly cheap, especially of you get one used.

I don't think you will gain much with an H press. It also requires a fairly stout/steady platform.
I would not be too concerned about needing parts replaced on most older press's - not much to break.
