Go Rockchucker. You won't be disappointed. I sold mine after getting a 650xl. Then I bought the Rockchucker back because I missed it that much.

I started with a RC, then bought a LNL AP. Still use both equally.

Over 3000 rounds later I am still very satisfied with my Lee single stage press. Very economical.

If you want a decent press at a decent price, the Rockchucker is a top competitor. If you want to get crazy, there are some arguable "better" single stage presses out there but, they cost more.

Another vote for Rock Chucker. I don't know about cheap unless you get a used one. A new one would run between $140 to $160 if ordered on line. Damn thing is built like a tank.

You should be able to pick up a used Rockchucker at a gun show for under $75. Worth it!
Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

My first press was the RCBS and I still use it for my rifle cartridges, but I outfitted it with the Hornady Lock-N-Load bushing adapter so I can quick swap dies. That said, if I bought a new single stage, I'd probably just get a Hornady since I like the LNL bushings.

Same here. LNL AP for bulk, Rockchucker for development and small batches.

So you already have a good press and need a single stage as a secondary?

Now, I have lots of RCBS and love it BUT.....

In your position, I would absolutely demand a press that had a spent primer disposal tube.

If you're looking for inexpensive, you can't go wrong with the Lee anniversary kit. Since you have an LnL, why not go with a Hornady single stage, then you can use your bushings and move dies between presses a little faster.
I have heard, as stated above, the rockchucker is a great press.
