Non lead 12ga slugs

What are you folks using if you shoot them? What kind of barrel are you using. Rifle or smooth bore. Right now I just have a smooth field barrel. With having to use non lead in the condor zone just wondering what others are using and if I should or need to get a rifled barrel to use them.

have a friend who loads slugs for hunting. He uses a full bore type of slug with a rifled barrel. Its an aluminum core copper jacket deal. Rather expensive but he has gotten good results. I think if used for hunting, you are best served with a rifled barrel and either a sabot or a full bore slug.
