reloading damaged brass

I will be reloading my 6.8 SPC brass soon, but noticed something. Most of the casings have a decent sized indent about halfway down, and a couple indents on the neck. Here's a pic to better explain:



I think the mark on the body is from the magazine, and I'm assuming the marks on the neck are from the chamber. But either way, I'm now wondering if reloading my fired brass is a good idea. Are these going to create weak points that could potentially fail? I'm used to reloading for a bolt action, and the brass comes out pristine.

Go ahead and reload them, small dents and dings are not a problem, they will just get blown back out in the next firing and then re-created by whatever the cases are hitting when ejected. I don't see this as anything to worry about

Yup! No problem to reload that at all.

Damage to the neck is another deal altogether...
