    Good Reloader-15 load?

    I havent load my .308 in a while and completely forgot to write down my favorite load with reloader 15

    Any one have some good ones?

    Im using SMK 175 gr. HPBT

    Off the top pf my head I think I use 42.5gr of R-15 in my M1A using max length my mags could handle.

      I use 45 gr. of Reloader 15 with 175 SMK. Finished round is 3.225 from base of case to ogive. This load is for TRG-22.

        Do you not use the mag on the Sako? Or was it a typo and you meant 2.225 which sounds about right.

          I do use the Sako mag. 3.225 is the correct measurement. It is longer because a Sinclair Comparator is used. The comparator is used to get an accurate and consistant base of case to bullet ogive measurement. A round with base to bullet ogive measurement of 3.225 puts the bullet ogive .040" from the lands.
