    Bullet Etching?

A buddy of mine is an Etcher by trade and has offered to etch a few things for me. He mostly does glass but says hes capable of doing almost any material.

For the life of my i cant think of anything i want etched, so i thought about putting the name of one of my enemies on some brass, but then thought that might compromise the cartridge

Then i thought Maybe etch a bullet with someones name on it.... Would this affect anything? Maybe make it past the ogive so it doesnt actually touch any barrel?

The etching process would likely remove part of the jacket

Sure smells like premeditation to me...

Not if the name on the bullet is "angeles range 500 yard target"

That bastard has been eluding me for a while now. No matter, i happen to have a bullet with his name on it

Maybe "Return to ______" on the bullet.
A 30cal will reach out and touch them. A 50cal will kick their butt.

How about etching some 1911 grips? Or the slide of your favorite gun?

Remember to dial 1 before 911.

Forget about stopping power. If you can't hit it, you can't stop it.
