If i had to pick one manual, I like the Sierra manual. They have a section dedicated to AR-15's with data for the heavy bullets.

Deff going to use this! But it doesn't have Reloder 15.

                25-26 grains of Varget.
                Sierra 69 or 77gr. SMK
CCI BR or Wolf Small Rifle primer

                Done.

I assume that this rifle will be used for bench, varmint or High Power. Also...WOA will likely be able to recommend a great load.

did I learn that from you? cause, that's the same charge I use with 69 gn SMKs for .75" groups with my 24" AR

There is loading data for RE-15 for the 69,77 and 80 gr bullets on pages 221 & 222. RE-15 is not listed for lighter bullets. That's why I checked first before posting. Sierra's manual has a great reference section on reloading for gas guns.

For lighter bullets with RE-15, you can go to Alliant's site and download their free reloading manual. They show a 50 gr. Nosler Ballistic tip with a max charge of 28.0 RE-15 and a 62 gr. Speer FMJ with a max charge of 25.0 gr. of RE-15.

As others stated, I had great accuracy using Varget with a 75 gr. Hornady OTM out of my 16" Sig 516 upper.
