      loose barrels on a mg?

So a M240 chamber reamer is the same as a 95 Palma reamer?

the guys on the FALfiles have been using this brass, which has already been sized and trimmed, mostly LC headstamps and some PMJ (??) for $0.14/case

the company couldn't tell me if it was machine gun fired or not but I am guessing it was. the FALers are getting at least 3 reloads out of it. i ordered 1000 to try out.

I'll use MG fired brass in reloading for my HK, and save the "good" brass for other 7.62/.308 rifles.

HK's put that flute in the brass, and throw it around quite a bit, so I usually reload the MG brass just once, then sell it for scrap.

Where do you sell your brass for scrap and what sort of prices do you get?

I sell it to a local metals yard. I have a 5 gl paint bucket that I throw it in and whenever it gets full I take it down to the scrap yard. I took a bucket in about a month ago, got around $40.00 I think it was.

Some places won't take it because they are paranoid about live rounds/primers mixed in with it. Which is understandable I suppose.
