Seeing another thread on stripper clips reminded me that I have thought that .30 cal stripper clips would be a dime a dozen because of the availability of the '03s and m1917s in the area. So why am I not seeing any? I've looked in catalogs, in stores and at shows, and I have seen nothing. Am I not seeing the forest for the trees or what?

The USGI strips that would have originally been used with a 1903 are supposed to be disposable - they have little tabs on the sides that can only be bent so many times. You can find them but they're not a good value. The good news is that Swedish Mauser clips work great and are pretty cheap and don't have tabs - they rely on tension.
Here ya go: 40 for $14

what i'm wondering is where are those stripper clips for 556 that you always see the green tip ammo being sold with.
would like to have just a handful for those quick loading needs.Originally posted by leelawBecause -ohmigosh- they can add their opinions, too?Originally posted by SoCalSig1911Preppers canceled my order this afternoon because I called them a disgrace... Not ordering from those clowns again.Originally posted by PrepperGunShopTruthfully, we cancelled your order because of your lack of civility and your threats ... What is a problem is when you threaten my customer service team and make demands instead of being civil. Plain and simple just don't be an a**hole (where you told us to shove it).Comment
