need advice on this .223 load asap

    26.5gr H4895
    once fired .223/5.56 cases
    62gr bullet
    2.24 OAL
    cci SRP

This load is 1.0gr over MAX listed, max is 25.5gr & I'm loading at 24.5gr, but this one round got mixed in the bag of completed rounds & I have to set them all aside for tomorrow & reload another big batch unless 26.5 won't blow up my rifle.

anyone have experience? i tried calculating pressure but couldn't find any calculators & I don't have quickload.

Lots of factors here in my opinion. First, we don't know anything about your rifle, what kind of bullet you have loaded into the cartridge to name a couple of concerns. I am guessing you are loading a .223 Remington, but I do not know for what rifle. AR15? Anyway, in my experience, I have shot some slightly overcharged rounds without any problems. This does not mean you won't have problems, because after all anything can happen, right? Looking at the Hogdon website, and hoping you are using Hogdon4895 and not IMR4895 powder, they show a load for sierra 63gn Spitzer point and max of 25.5gn. You have a slightly smaller projectile, which would develop slightly less pressure than the 63gn. Plus if you are shooting an AR15, they should be more than capable of handling larger pressures. Now, if you are concerned, couldn't you weigh each individual round and remove the one that weighs the most? I know I have pulled many a bullets for mistakes that I have made. Each one is a learning experience.

Yup, AR15, H4985. I tried weighing each round but the case weight can be +/- ~2-3grs

It wouldnt be a good idea for anyone to tell you its safe. However, Hodgdon's webpage lists max load as 26gr, 3100+fps. Is your barrel marked 5.56?
