    Wavy case from reloading?

I was loading 45 on my 550 with lee dies and I notice the case Is a little wavy, like you can see where the bullet stops in the casing. What am I doing wrong? Am I not belling them enough or over crimping?

you mean it looks like the bullet has bulged the brass out a little bit? thats normal. Also normal to have a slight wave near the bottom of the case too, where the brass doesnt get all the way in the die.

We need pics. If it looks like a bulge midway down the case, that's the bullet and perfectly normal.

If you overcrimp you'l definitely see it.....SQUISH....won't load.

Look at your loads in a few days....Hmm were'ld that wave go?

I can see the butt end of a bullet line in most factory loads.

If you Still have concerns show it to another reloader at the range along with your recipe and ask there, before you fire them.
